Haresh Boghara, MD, MBA: Medical Director
He has practiced medicine in a number of locations during this career, including Texas, North Carolina, Kentucky, and his native India. Dr. Boghara graduated at the top of his class in medical school.
His certifications include the American Board of Family Medicine, BLS, ACLS, ATLS, and PALS. He has served as a Medical Director for in various capacities in multiple hospital systems and most recently part of Dallas market for WELLMED Medical Management. He enjoys taking care of all age group patients and has a special interest in clinical trials. He enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling in his free time.
Paresh Bharodiya, MD, MPH
Dr. Bharodiya is originally from Gujarat, India where he completed medical school and obtained his M.B.B.S degree. He completed his residency training from the Brooklyn Hospital Center in Brooklyn, NY. He also completed his Master's Degree in Public Health from Florida International University in Miami, FL. After completing training in residency he started working as a hospitalist and recently joined CareFirst Primary and Wellness Center as a primary care provider.
He is based in North Richland Hills, but he also sees patients in Lancaster. His primary interests include managing Diabetes, Hypertension, and thyroid diseases. He has a passion for treating geriatric patients. Some of his hobbies include traveling, cooking and spending time with friends and family.
Cristina Mata-Rodriguez MPAS, PA-C
Cristina Mata-Rodriguez MPAS, PA-C, is a Nationally Accredited board certified Physician Assistant. Having graduated in 2016 with honors from the University of Texas-Rio Grande Valley Physician Assistant Studies Program, she is a proud inductee of the Pi Alpha National Honor Society for Physician Assistants. Born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley, Mrs. Rodriguez has been mentored by some of the premier MDs of the area from vascular surgery to rural community medicine to inpatient psychiatry.
Her passion for medicine first began with helping to care for her disabled sister and grandparents. Since then, she has been involved in numerous medical associations and research opportunities.
Mrs. Rodriguez is fluent in both English and Spanish and loves to build relationships with her patients. In her spare time, she enjoys binge watching tv shows with her husband, being with her family, sleeping with her 6-year-old cat and dreaming of her future dog.
Christy Yetter, MPAS, PA-C
Christy has over 10 years of experience in Family Medicine as a Certified Physician Assistant. She received her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and her Physician Assistant studies from Southwestern Allied Health Science School in 2006.
Christy also received her Bachelor of Science in Clinical Dietetics in 1998 from U.T. Southwestern. Christy lives in Ennis with her three sons.
Josie Anne Vita Quemado, MD
Clinic Coordinator/Allergy Coordinator/Weigh Loss Coordinator
Dr. Quemado earned her Medical Degree in 2016 and serves as the Clinical Coordinator for CareFirst Primary’s Allergy program and Director of Weight Loss Management.
As Clinic Coordinator she has delivered an incredible patient experience with safe and efficacious clinical outcomes to include the administration of quality allergy testing, and the formulation and preparation of the allergy immunotherapy. Educating patients on proper administration of immunotherapy injections as well as advocating for strong compliance throughout their treatment plan. Dr. Quemado and CareFirst Primary have managed the Allergy program for over 700 patients within 2 years.
Nikki Dione Powell RN, MSN, FNP-C
Nikki Powell is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from West Texas A & M and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati.
Nikki has a strong commitment to compassionate care of her patients. And an engaging personality that endears her patients to her. She has two young beautiful daughters that she loves to spend quality time with.
Scott A Moulton, D.C., FNP
Dr. Moulton earned his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree in 1994 and went on to earn his Master of Science Degree in 2011 and further earned his Family Nurse Practitioner.
Dr. Moulton is a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine as well as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner.
He has been appointed as State Director, Texas Chiropractic Association and Workers Compensation Committee.
