Haresh Boghara, MD, MBA
Medical Director of CareFirst Primary and Wellness
Dr. Boghara has practiced medicine in Texas since 2012. His medical experience includes time as a Primary Care, Urgent Care and Emergency Physician, as well as work as a Hospitalist.
He has practiced medicine in a number of locations during this career, including Texas, North Carolina, Kentucky, and his native India. Dr. Boghara graduated at the top of his class in medical school.
His certifications include the American Board of Family Medicine, BLS, ACLS, ATLS, and PALS. He has served as a Medical Director in multiple hospital systems and most recently was part of the Dallas market for WELLMED Medical Management. He enjoys taking care of all age group patients and has a special interest in clinical trials. He enjoys outdoor activities and traveling in his free time.
Paul Schorr, D.O.
Paul Schorr, D.O. is Board Certified in Family Practice and earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Post Graduate Fellowship in Family Practice from the University of Texas Southwest Medical School. He has practiced medicine for over 40 years of which 22 years in the Mesquite Community.
He is a designated Doctor with the Texas Workers Comp Board and a Public Safety Officer with the Texas Department of Public Safety. Dr. Schorr is on staff with Baylor Medical Center and Dallas Regional Hospital.
Renjana Mony, M.D.
Dr. Mony earned her medical degree from India in 1997. After gaining clinical experience in India she relocated to the U.S. She completed her Family Medicine residency in 2008 at The Brooklyn Hospital Center, an affiliate of Weill Medical College of Cornell University. Dr Mony is a board-certified Family Physician, a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Texas Medical Association and Dallas County Medical Society. She has been practicing in the Dallas area for the last ten years.
Dr. Mony is a strong advocate of Preventive Medicine and spends time with her patients discussing the importance of a healthy lifestyle. She is committed to providing quality, evidence-based care to all her patients. She lives in Frisco with her husband and two sons. She enjoys listening to music, playing badminton, cricket and spending time with her family.
Josie Anne Vita Quemado, MD
Dr. Quemado earned her Medical Degree in 2016 and serves as the Clinical Coordinator for CareFirst Primary’s Allergy program and Director of Weight Loss Management.
As Clinic Coordinator she has delivered an incredible patient experience with safe and efficacious clinical outcomes. This includes the administration of quality allergy testing, and the formulation and preparation of the allergy immunotherapy. Educating patients on proper administration of immunotherapy injections as well as advocating for strong compliance throughout their treatment plan. For three years, Dr. Quemado and CareFirst Primary have managed the Allergy program with over 700 patients.
During her spare time, Dr. Quemado enjoys volunteering at her favorite charity organizations, traveling and anything involving creativity. She is also obsessed with Harry Potter and has two cats and one dog named after her favorite characters.
Christy Yetter, MPAS,PA-C
Christy Yetter has been a lifelong DFW resident. After completing high school in Burleson, she went on to earn a Bachelor’s Degree Science in Clinical Dietetics from UT Southwestern Allied Health Sciences School in Dallas. She practiced for almost a decade as a Registered Dietitian in South Dallas before deciding to further her career as a Physician Assistant. In 2006, Christy graduated with a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies, again from UT Southwestern Allied Health Sciences School. Between practicing as a dietitian and going through school in South Dallas, Christy has learned to speak Spanish. Christy is also certified in BLS, NRP, PALS, and ACLS.
Christy is a nationally certified Physician Assistant and has been an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA). Since 2004, she has been a resident of Ellis County practicing medicine for over a decade in family practice. She is a firm believer that primary care is the basis for better health. She believes that an individual’s primary care provider should be a strong advocate for their total body health and wellness. She believes this is true for all patient’s no matter their age or health history. She enjoys educating patients, so that they can make informed decisions about their health.
Christy is the proud mother of four adopted boys and knows the importance of family and a family’s health, both mental and physical.
Vimi Masters, MPAS, PA-C
At a young age, Vimi had a passion for helping others and showed a genuine interest in medicine. Through multiple high school societies, clubs and volunteer opportunities, Vimi found her fit in medicine by becoming a physician assistant and decided to a pursue a career in that area of medicine. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Texas at Arlington and then further completed her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from MCPHSU in Boston, MA. After graduating with her Masters in 2014, she became a nationally certified physician assistant and has been an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA). She is also ACLS and BLS certified.
She has been working in Internal Medicine and Family Medicine since graduating and is a strong advocate for Preventative medicine and health maintenance. She believes in partnering with the patient towards a common goal of achieving physical and psychological well-being through patient education and empowerment. She thoroughly enjoys educating and spending time with her patients by discussing how to manage chronic diseases by promoting healthy habits in order to achieve a good quality of life for years to come. She is committed to providing quality, evidence-based care to all of her patients.
She is a native Texan who has several interests from exploring the world through traveling, to performing cultural dances, to cuddling up with a good book in her free time. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She is an avid follower of Dallas sports teams and cheers for the Dallas Cowboys on NFL game day.
Cristopher Cipriano, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Cristopher is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, where he was on the Dean’s List and graduated Cum Laude of his class. He completed his Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree at the prestigious Simmons University in Boston, MA and graduated as a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Society. Additionally, he is a candidate for his Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree in the coming future.
Cristopher has over 5 years of critical care and medical-surgical experience as a Registered Nurse (R.N.) in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area and has worked for top-ranked hospitals such as The Heart Hospital Baylor Plano and The Methodist Health System of DFW. His experience ranges from cardiovascular surgery, neurospine surgery, and gastroenterology, and has worked with highly acclaimed physicians across the metroplex.
On his days off Cristopher spends time with his family and friends, and his dog, Bailey. He enjoys trying new food spots, exercising, shopping, and going out to the movies, and has a passion for international travel (some of his favorite travels destinations include Paris, Copenhagen, Florence, and Los Angeles). Cristopher also enjoys volunteering for his local community via feeding programs and running charity marathons. Cristopher has a calling for helping people in both their physical and holistic needs and is a committed clinician in all aspects of his career. His passion as a healthcare provider is driven by his advocacy for his patients and their families.
Nikki Dione Powell RN, MSN, FNP-C
Nikki Powell is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from West Texas A & M and graduated Magna Cum Laude and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati and graduated Summa Cum Laude.
Nikki has a strong commitment to compassionate care of her patients and an engaging personality that endears her patients to her. She loves her job and the patients and it shows when interacting. She has two young beautiful daughters that she loves to spend quality time with and they are her world.
Erica Diaz RN, MSN, FNP-C
Erica Diaz RN, MSN, FNP-C, is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She obtained her Bachelors in nursing from Texas Woman’s University in 2010. As an undergraduate, Erica obtained the following accolades and memberships: National Honor Society, National Honor Scholar and the National Dean’s List. She worked in the emergency department at a Level II trauma center for 9 years where she received many certifications. Her certifications include BLS/ACLS CERTIFIED PALS, TNCC, Certification in Fundamental Critical Care Nursing Course, Certified Stroke Assessment Nurse and Certified Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner.
Erica was recognized as a Top Nurse by the Texas Nurses Association. She returned to complete her Masters of Science in Nursing at Texas Woman’s University and graduated just months shy of delivering her second child in a home birth.
She loves to spend time with family and is an avid Cowboys fan. She is the proud daughter of immigrants and is fluent in both English and Spanish. Erica also met Former President George W. Bush and spoke with Former President Barack Obama during the Ebola outbreak of 2014. She enjoys being an advocate for her patients and enjoys being a familiar face to them.
Matthew Alexander Rizkal, D.C.
Dr. Rizkal was born in Los Angeles in 1983 and moved to the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex in 1988. He began his pre-med studies at Texas Tech University in 2001 and was accepted by Parker University in 2004. Dr. Matt completed his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree & B.A. in Health and Wellness (Cum Laude) in 2007. He has been enjoying Physical Rehabilitation and Chiropractic practice ever since. Dr. Matt uses a wellness-based approach when taking care of patients. By combining the very best hands-on-technique, state of the art physiotherapy procedures, and offering guidance in healthy life-style choices, he is able to help his patients accelerate and maintain the journey to good health.
Dr. Matt enjoys staying active both physically and in the community. A few of his interests include softball, weightlifting, playing guitar, reading and college sports. Dr. Matt also participates in volunteer work to educate the public on healthy living and wellness in general. He has dedicated his life to promoting health and wellness to his patients and the public.
He is skilled in several Chiropractic and Physical Rehabilitation techniques including Diversified, Thompson, Flexion- Distraction, Activator, Trigger Point Therapy, and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation.
